Offices with a sea view

Esplanade House was another office serving Access in Southend: one of NatWest’s Access sites. It became vacant when RBS’s new building opened at Thanet Grange, Westcliff-on-Sea. To avoid paying rates on an empty building, it was reduced to a shell for some years before finally being demolished to make way for a hotel.
